★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工場サービス点検がとても親切で良く見てくれる。マツダ車以外でも他社デ－ラ－に問い合わせして良くやってくれる、タイヤ等部品もけっこう安くしてくれます。
The factory service check is very kind and looks good. In addition to Mazda vehicles, we can make inquiries to other companies' dealers well and make parts such as tires quite cheap.

飲み物サービスなし。（コロナの影響かもしれません）
昭和な（前時代的な）雰囲気の店舗（人も、設備も）
今一つ知りたいことに答えてくれない営業の方。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マツダの正規ディーラーとは思えないほどの信じられない応対の悪さ。来店しても挨拶もなし。コーヒーも出ない自動販売機もない。修理の電話予約していたのですが本当に正規のディーラーか疑わしくなって外に出て看板見返しました。それに飽き足らず修理の前に見積書も出さない。修理後に『終わりましたよ』の一言だけで修理箇所の説明もない。もちろん見送りもない。全て事実です。
The incredible poor response that you cannot imagine as a Mazda dealer. There is no greeting even if you come to the store. There are no vending machines that produce no coffee. I had reserved a phone call for repairs, but I was skeptical of a legitimate dealer and went out and looked back at the sign. I am not tired of it and do not give a quote before repair. After the repair, there is no description of the repair location, just a word "I'm done." Of course not. Everything is true.
