専門ですよね、脳神経。せめて紹介状位書いてくれればいいのに。言い方キツイかもしれないけど、命に関わる事ですよ。
もう少し、患者の事考えて接してください。

You're a specialty, cranial nerves. I wish I could at least write a letter of introduction. It may be hard to say, but it's life-threatening.
