★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東条・鴨川ダムから遠方の舟木池などへ逆サイフォン形式を利用した水の供給管で特にこの部分の水道管のみ地表に出ていることから、社会学習や景勝地として知られています。車で配管下を通ることも可能ですが、基本が生活道路の為ここに停車すると場合によっては交通渋滞を引き起こしますので要注意です。大深山東福寺付近に駐停車可能な路側帯があるのでそこから徒歩でここまで歩くのもいいかもしれません。近郊で同じようなサイフォン水道管は、三木市にある御坂サイフォン橋が特に有名で比べるのも間違いでしょうが此方の水道管の太さ・巨大さには圧倒されます。この移送される水が生活を支えていると思うとまた感慨深いです。
 It is known as a social learning and scenic spot because it is a water supply pipe using the reverse siphon type from the Tojo / Kamogawa dam to a distant Fungi pond etc. Especially, only the water pipe of this part appears on the surface. It is possible to drive under the pipes, but it is important to note that stopping here for the main road may cause traffic congestion in some cases. Because there is a roadside zone that can be parked and stopped near Ofukasan Tofukuji, it may be good to walk to here on foot from there. It is a mistake to compare the similar siphon water pipe in the suburbs with Misaka Siphon Bridge in Miki City, but it is overwhelmed by the thickness and hugeness of this water pipe. I am deeply moved by the fact that this transferred water supports our lives.

中々面白い景色ですよね。
PCゲームのMYSTに出て来る景色にも近いです。
