古くなったトラックを処分しようとCMで見たので、査定を頼んだ。 当日になり、来てもらう時から最悪。指定した場所に時間になっても来ず、後で電話が来て、聞いてみると指定場所とは真逆の所にいると言い、方向もわからないのかと、この時点から呆れる。 実際に査定に入ると、最初に30分~40分程で終わると言っていたが、実際には1時間半以上かかる始末。 また、査定に来た関西弁の大阪出身だというスタッフの態度にイライラした。 トラックなのに、乗用車のように査定され、ナビ無しドラレコ無しと点呼して査定していた。バイザーが割れていたことを、「私はこれを見逃すので」といかにもな対応。 査定に来た男は、査定をしているようだが、実際には自分では値段を付けられず車の影に隠れて何度も電話をし、上司に指示され、どうしても買い取って来いと言われているのか、自分では値段付けも出来ない様子。それで査定士を名乗れるのか、疑問である。 査定が遅いので、次の予定もあるので早くして欲しいと伝えても遅く、しびれを切らし場所を離れようとすると腕を掴まれ、止めようとしてきた。 時間にルーズ過ぎて、対応も酷い。 私も商売なんでと、どうしても今日売ってくれとしつこかった。その割にはあまり高いわけでもない。なので、断りました。 二度とこんなところには頼みません。 こんなに酷い中古車屋は初めてだ。

関西弁の男の人がきました。接客がかなり悪いです。査定始めるので家の中いてもらって大丈夫ですと言われ不安だったので入り口で待機してたら車のエンジンかけて運転席に乗りシート倒して書類書きながら上司としばらく電話してたり、ボディの汚れをキズかな?といい平気で爪たてて削ります。翌日確認したら指で擦った跡が沢山ついてました。挙げ句の果てには他社の悪口嫌みも言ってきます 査定終了後に金額を言わずコチラも他社より頑張って値段出しますのでもし査定額聞いて検討しますじゃせっかく頑張ったのに買い取れないなら意味ないので、他社より高ければ今日契約するって事を約束してもらえるならば頑張りますなどと強制されてるかのようで恐怖を感じました。 あとご希望査定額を高めでいいので教えて下さいと言われ答えれば、まぁ当然無理でしょうけど上の者に確認とりますねと… 電話の声が聞こえてたのですが上司も希望査定額を聞いて笑われてました。人の事馬鹿にしてると思います 他社に負けない値段つけますと言ってた会社が全く値をつけず1時間30分以上も時間かけて帰っていきました。2度と頼みません
