★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく対応が悪いし遅い。電話に出る女は圧をかけてくるし、男はすぐ声が小さくなって何言ってるのかわからない。
安心して賃貸に住まわれたいならこの管理会社が管理している物件はオススメできない。
Anyway, the correspondence is bad and it is slow. The woman who answers the phone puts pressure on her, and the man immediately becomes quiet and doesn't know what he's saying.
If you want to live in a rented house with peace of mind, we cannot recommend the property managed by this management company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪すぎる。退去の連絡を入れてから書類等が届かなかったため念のため連絡してみると退去の連絡が来ていないと言い張られ危うくもう1ヶ月分の家賃を引き落とされそうになりました。態度もとても悪く、その日中に連絡を入れると言う約束さえも守れずこちらから電話をする始末。二度と関係を持ちたくないレベルです
Correspondence is too bad. I didn't receive the documents after I contacted him to move out, so when I contacted him just in case, he was insisted that he hadn't been notified of his move-out, and he was about to withdraw his rent for another month. His attitude was so bad that he couldn't even keep his promise to contact him during the day and he called from here. It ’s a level that I do n’t want to have a relationship with again.
