★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もりは丁寧です。その場で依頼した箇所を確認して、この要望で見積もりをしますと言う確認書が渡されます。増税前で忙しい中でしたが、丁寧に対応してもらえました。リフォームは下請けの職人さんに依頼されてると思いますが、必ず仕上がりは責任者が確認しに来ます。
