先生はとてもいい先生です。昔から呼吸器専門の先生なのでとても信頼できます。 ただ、受付の態度は類を見ないくらい 最悪です。ここまでのはなかなかないです。

風邪からの喘息で、手持ちのお薬の追加が欲しくて訪れた。何度も引越しをしているので、病院へ行くたびに持っていない薬を処方されてきた経験がしばしば。その結果、喘息の薬は全部コンプリート、お薬手帳は酷い状態であった。喘息患者は金のなる木なのか。結局ここでも、新薬が出ている。高いが2週欠かさず呑んでまた2週間後来院して、その薬を飲み続けろと言われた。妊娠から授乳中ということもあり、お薬は極力避けたく、吸入だけで事足りるように部屋の掃除、タバコの副流煙に触れないなどの自然療法で頑張り、ほぼ吸入は発作時のみの状態まで改善していた。けど先生はお薬手帳と短い問診のみで新薬と抗生剤を処方した。現在は風邪で抗生剤を処方しないというのが主流なのに。しかも私は重度の症状ではない。そしてお会計は4千円超え。まさかの金額に手持ちが少し足りない。所持金不足も伝えやはりお薬を減らして欲しいというと、すごく嫌な対応を取られた。近くで下ろしてきてくださいとか、後日でも良いと。他の口コミにあるような、見下すような横柄な態度とのやりとり。熱も下がった後で、吸入だけの為に訪れた私は、やはり新薬と抗生物質は使う気もなく、お金を出してまで欲しくなかった。結局、先生の指示に従えないなら他の病院へ行ってくれと、待合の人がいる中、赤ちゃんをあやしながらの状態で言われた。確かに私の先生とのコミュニケーション不足もあるが、そこでお薬を減らしたいという患者の意思を受付から聞き、再度話をしようという先生の意思がなかった事実と、受付の人の表情と言葉尻が最悪だったことがずっと忘れられない。

皆さんのおっしゃる通り、受付の態度がめちゃくちゃ悪いです。終始やる気がなく、「めんどくさい」という感情がだだ漏れでここまでくると笑えてきます。 が、それに反して先生はかなり有能であり、強い薬をすぐ出してくれたり診察も丁寧です。地元では人気の医者なのかいつ行っても鬼のように混んでます。 病院に行く前の電話(またはアプリ)の事前予約は必須です。確実に2時間は待つので……大体の時間を受付が教えてくれるので、時間が近付くまで家に居て、30分前に現地でも間に合います。

もともと風邪を拗らせやすく、酷くなったらお世話になる安心の先生がいます。ただ受付の人、ひどすぎですね。なぜ座ってるのに人を見下す目つきができるのか。仕事の電話をかける為外に出る旨を告げても私語をして気づかない。受付も医療人に含まれるはずなのに、ホスピタリティを微塵も感じさせない低能さ。この状態でお給料をもらってるって考えると、世の中ちょろいんでしょうなぁ。思わず怒りをぶつけたくなる。でも受付以外のスタッフさんは問題ないと思いますし、先生はなかなか良い先生と感じます。ので受付が普通なら星5なんですがね。病院の顔がひどいので星減らしました。

呼吸器とアレルギーへの専門性が高い医院です。他にもごく一般的な内科的症状も診てもらえます。 受付の態度は悪い方だと思います。特に電話対応。人気の医院なので待ち時間はどうしても長いのですが、待っている間、受付の人が電話相手を見下すような口調で喋っているのが度々聞こえてきます。 電話対応しているところがふと耳に入って来る時、ほぼ必ずと言って良いほど相手を小馬鹿にする口調なので、自分に向けられたものでなくても決して良い気分にはなりません。 予約は電話かネット予約かを選べるので、ネット予約を使った方が嫌な思いをする確率は低くなるでしょう。 医師はとても良い先生だと思います。 病状についてや「治るまで自宅ではこうしてください」などの説明も分かりやすく、具体的です。 ビルの中なので一見小さな病院のように見えますが、設備はちゃんとしています。 トイレや床なども綺麗で、安心感があります。 院内薬局があるので、そのまま薬をもらって帰れて楽です。薬剤師さんもとても丁寧に、親身に説明してくれるので助かっています。 総合すると 『受付の態度の悪さ&2〜4時間は待たなければならない&そのあいだに受付の人の嫌な口調が度々聞こえて来ること』 というマイナス面と 『良い先生&院内薬局の便利さ&薬剤師さんの丁寧さ&院内の清潔感』 というプラス面を天秤にかけることになり、 どちらに重きを置くかによって評価が変わって来ると思います。 私は後者のメリットの方を選択しているので個人的には☆4でも良いのですが 前者の嫌~な感じも無視はできないので(そして来院前に判別できない類のものなので) 他者が読む前提のレビューとしては☆3、という感じです。 呼吸器系の症状・困りごと等があって、ここに駆け込みたいという場合は 駅前ですぐ近くに銀行やスーパーなどがある立地を活用して、待ち時間に他の用事を済ませる前提で受診するのも一手です。 出歩くことが辛くなく、インフルエンザのような感染症ではないと確定してる場合に限った話ではありますが。 (あと公衆衛生の面からも、その場合マスク必須で) 院内で待つなら、買ったまま読みそびれている本を持って行くとか。 どんなに短くても2時間は待つことになるので、最初から時間を有効活用するつもりで行くのが良いでしょう。 「風邪で喉がやられてしまった」「花粉症が辛い」くらいであれば、他の内科・耳鼻科を選んだ方が良いです。

咳喘息で受診しました。頂いた薬ですぐに良くなりました。先生も優しいですしレントゲン撮って喘息の検査もしてくださり安心できました。院内で薬もいただけます。当日のみですがWebで予約できるのも便利です。土曜だと10時すぎに予約して13時頃の診察でした。他のクチコミで受付の方について色々言われていますが、私の時は全く嫌な感じではなかったですよ!Webで予約した後確認の電話来て会話したときも普通でした。たまたまタイミングが良かったのか、別の方なのかな…?

今年5月から咳喘息で通院しています。 症状がでるとすぐ行き診てもらいます。 一歳の娘を連れて行ったとき看護師さんが見ててくれ安心して診察を受けることが出来ました。また娘がくしゃみで鼻水べろーんとなったとき前向き抱っこだったので良く見えず受付の方が教えてくださり、ティッシュどうぞ。と丁寧でしたよ。 受付の方の態度は悪くないです。
