こちらがクレーム入れてるのにさらっと受け流すことしかしないし、謝り方も適当だし、ヘラヘラ笑ったり、言葉遣いもなってないです。
成績云々よりもこういう所からきちんとしていったほうがいいんじゃないですか…。
