H	H I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミにあるように、担当になった営業の人の対応が雑すぎる。説明を省いて説明するため間違いが起きやすい。お願いしていた手続きは抜けているし、書類に関しても渡すと言った書類が抜けていた。入居後の対応は、支店では対応しないから、24時間のコールセンターにかけてくださいと言われた。しかも、コールセンターのアナウンスが営業時間外というものなので、対応できないと思い電話を切り、問い合わせしたら、最後まで聞いてもらうと問い合わせ出来るようになっていますとの説明。だったら、先にそういう説明すべきでしょう。説明が後出し後出しで全然お客様の目線にたっていない。上から目線でそれくらい分かるでしょうの対応。二度と利用したくないです。 As you can see in other reviews, the person in charge of sales is too unresponsive. It is easy to make a mistake because the explanation is omitted. I was missing the procedure I was asking for, and I was missing the documents that said I would hand over the documents. After moving in, I was told to call a 24-hour call center because the branch office does not handle it. What's more, the call center announces that it's outside business hours, so if you think you can't handle it, hang up the phone, and if you make an inquiry, you can make an inquiry by listening to the end. If so, that kind of explanation should be given first. The explanation is given later and it does not hit the customer's eyes at all. You'll see that much from the top. I don't want to use it again.
