診察を受ける段になると、前回までの受診での申し送り事項が伝わっておらず、こちらから都度説明するか、医師が経緯を推量するかになります。
医療事故というのは、このように事務処理の失敗、情報共有の不徹底から起こるものだと思います。
それなりの規模の病院なのに、カルテの電子化がされておらず、患者についての情報が、スタッフ個人の頭の中にしか入っていない(共有する仕組みがない)というのは、管理側の責任によるものでしょう。
スタッフの方々は、こうした仕組みの不備を水際で食い止めているのだから、責めるのは筋違いでしょう。
ただ、利用者としては、この病院はお勧めしません。
足しげく通う予定で、スタッフと顔馴染みになれば問題はないのかも知れませんが…。
