★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割と昔､22:00頃に入店したら､店長(せきとかいう奴)らしき男に凄い不快な表情をされ、かなり嫌な気分になった｡バレなきゃいいとも窺えて､接客レベル以前の問題だと思った｡以来一度も行ってない｡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えとか値段はいたって普通のマツキヨだけど、とにかく店員さんの対応がいいです。
非常に丁寧。どの人がレジやってもみんな親切。
わざわざここに買いにきたくなるくらい印象がいいです。
駐車場も止めやすい。 ただ、明らかに隣のサミットの買い物が不正利用しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日来店した際に子供がトイレに行きたいと言い出したがコロナのためトイレが封鎖されてました。
「子供がトイレに行きたいと言ってるのですがトイレ貸していただくのは難しいですか」と聞くと待たされ責任者らしい人が出てきて「このご時世なのでトイレをお貸しすることができません。隣のサミットのトイレをお使いください」と言われました。
待たされる意味がわかりません。
小さな子供がいない方にはわからないかもしれないですが、1分2分でもトイレを我慢することが難しいので即座に対応していただきたかったです。
その後も私たちがサミットに入っていくのかどうか店頭で確認していました。
コロナで自身がピリピリしてるのかわかりませんが、お客の私たちに当られても困ります。
結局子供は我慢できず途中で漏らしてしまいました。
丁寧な対応をしていただいた店員さんが多かったのに残念です。
近くでよく利用していましたがもう二度と行きません。

この近所ではヤマトのピックアップは和田のイイダにある。

意外なものが売ってる。トイレが詰まった時用のラバーカップとか。前はインスタントコーヒーが安かったが、最近は隣のサミットとほぼ同じ価格になったのが残念。あと、元旦も営業している。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年9月現在、牛乳が税抜き148円(2021年1月値上げされて158円になってました、、)とお安いので、大量に飲む我が家ではいつも一度に何本も大量買いしてます。ドコモのdポイントと、マツキヨポイントのダブルでポイント貯まるので家計に嬉しいです。そして、何より店員さんも対応が良い方が多くて好印象です！なお、ボトルを購入すると給水放題の美味しい水があったり、砂糖、うどんの麺、卵、ヨーグルトなども常にお安いので、主に食材を求めて通ってます。夏場は日焼け止めなどドラッグストアなのに、お薬はたまに、しか、購入していないという健康家族からのコメントでした(*^^*)
また、コロナの影響で使えなくなっていたトイレは、使えるようになったようですよ！

店員さんも愛想良い感じで嬉しい。
