★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に接客態度が悪い。無愛想で気が利かない。店員同士で楽しく話しながら品出ししてたところに話しかけたら思いっきり無愛想になって手も止めなければ客の方も見ない、商品の事聞いたらつっけんどな物の言い方、挙げ句の果てに、ある商品をよく調べもせず無いと言う、たまたま聞いている商品が近くにあったから指摘したら、『あぁ、あったか。』と謝りもしない。
あと、電話しても基本出ない。

この辺りはドラッグストアが少ないので助かります。
ただ、マツモトキヨシは店舗によって価格が異なり、ドラッグストア激戦区では安く値段が設定されている店舗もありますが、こちらはそんなに安いとは感じません。プライベートブランドは比較的安いのですが。
また、目の前の道が狭いため、店の前には駐輪・駐車スペースはありませんが近隣に駐輪場はたくさんあります。駅に近いためどこも混んでいて狭いですが、「最初の⚪︎分は無料」というような駐輪場も多いので、面倒ではありますが、近隣の駐輪場を利用するようにしています。

久しぶりに利用して、割引券をもらいました。
その割引券を利用して洗剤を買ったら、隣の西友で同じ物が安かったです。
接客態度も最悪です。
エコバッグにつめているのに次のお客さんを呼び、頭上でレジうちし始めました。
次のお客さんもためらってました。
他のお店ではソーシャルディスタンスで
コロナ対策されていますが、それよりご自分の都合という感じです。
閑散としている理由が分かりました。

お店自体はいいし、定員さんも親切で
