店内は綺麗で落ち着いた感じです☺️ネタも新鮮で具だくさんの松正巻き絶品ですよ☺️サラダのドレッシング自家製でいくらでも野菜が食べられます❤️
The inside of the store is beautiful and calm. The ingredients are fresh and full of matsumasa rolls. The salad dressing is homemade and you can eat as many vegetables as you like.

It's a delicious sushi restaurant. Lunch is 1100 yen including tax with nigiri sushi and ara soup. The lean tuna in this shop is the best. Fish and shellfish are delicious in Uminashi prefecture. There is a seat fee at the counter

帰れマンデーを見て初めて伺いましたが、快く迎えてくださりおいしくいただきました。 海なし県とは思えないおいしさ、またこれからもちょくちょく行きたいです。
I came back for the first time after seeing Monday, but welcomed me and was delicious. I can't think of it as a sealess prefecture, and I want to go there again.

とても美味しかったです。 店に通じる細道は少しわかりにくいので、通り過ぎないように注意。 駐車スペースは3台ほどありますが、アルファード等の大型の車は厳しいかもしれません。
It was very delicious. The narrow path leading to the store is a little confusing, so be careful not to pass by. There are about 3 parking spaces, but large cars such as the Alphard may be tough.

It's a small cozy restaurant run by the owner and his wife. This might be a small restaurant in a town but the quality of the food is almost as good as it gets for a fine sushi restaurant in any big city. The fish he served were all fine cuts, fresh, texture was brilliant and without a doubt some of the best sushi I have had in a long time. The highlight for me was the squid sushi which was so smooth, almost creamy and sang in harmony with the rice. We also had kushiage and Tuna grilled fish which was both prepared by his wife and takes around half hour but it was absolutely worth the wait. Kushiage was perfectly battered, not so oily, crunchy on the outside, fish perfectly cooked and smooth when you bite into it and all the fish used in kushiage was delicious. Tuna grilled fish was so tender, seasoned brilliantly and on point, let the fish be the centre point and that was a delicious grilled fish. 700 yen for each of those dishes was such a good value. This is what makes eating in small towns so good, you come across these gem of a places that is only discoverable as you wander around the different parts of Japan.
