そ	そらちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iPhoneのバッテリー交換を依頼しましたが、ホームボタンが壊れて返ってきてガッカリしました。事前に壊れるかもしれないとの簡単な説明を受け、署名しましたが、もっと詳しく話を聞き、理解・納得してから依頼すればよかったと後悔。まさかそんなに高確率で壊れるとは思ってもいなかったので…。店員さん、説明不足に言葉足らずです。ホームボタンが壊れた原因も、壊れやすい事は理解していましたが結局は修理ミスですよね？それを「iPhoneが不良品だった可能性がある」と説明され、謝罪なし。買い替えの予定もなく、このiPhoneを長く使用する為に依頼したのに、お金の無駄でした。バッテリーよりもホームボタンが使用できない方が不便です。追記私の他にもホームボタンを壊されてる方がいる、常習犯ですね。本当にこの店は利用しない事をおすすめます。自分のミスを認めず、謝罪も死んでもしないようです。おまけに返金するなら元のバッテリーに戻すと言い強気な態度。呆れます。 I asked for the iPhone battery to be replaced, but I was disappointed when the home button broke and returned.
