秋	秋田食べ日記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【まつお（北秋田市）の牛肉角煮膳】 2021.5.15 移動販売車でメンチカツ等を買ったことはあったけど、お店の訪問は9年ぶり。メニューは自慢の馬肉料理を筆頭に、牛、豚、鶏もそろっており、まさに肉のテーマパーク状態。（この他に牛、豚のステーキやすき焼き等あり）前回は馬肉陶板焼きをいただいた食べ日記さん。今回目をつけたのは… 牛肉角煮膳！豚の角煮は定番だけど、牛はなかなかないよね！お膳の内訳は、牛肉角煮、小鉢（切干大根）、漬物（いぶりがっこ&きゅうり）、ごはん、みそ汁。牛肉はとても柔らかく、脂身はトロトロ。牛すじ煮込みをとてもお上品にした感じ。ごちそうさまでした? K	KONCIKISHOW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２９日㈭ランチどきに来店させていただきました。入店してから店員さんに言われて気付いたが。肉の日だったのでサービスメニューがありました。今回のサービスメニューは「サーロインステーキセット」「ヒレステーキセット」でした。ミディアムレアで、それぞれ１セットづつと、口コミ等で旨いと評判の「馬刺し＆レバ刺し」も１つづつ注文。そして待つ事、１５分程度。運ばれて来たステーキ君達。セットの内容は、ステーキ＆ご飯＆味噌汁＆サラダ＆食後のコーヒーでした。馬刺しは生肉感が強く肉を刺身で食べる喜びを実感出来ます！。レバ刺しは歯応え！「コリコリ感」がハンパねぇ！。（笑）美味しかったです。ただ、ステーキが、俺の勝手なイメージと想像で、熱々の鉄板でジュージュー。と提供されるものと思ってましたが、オシャレなお皿での提供だったので少し残念。届いたばかりの時は、ほんのりとあたたかかったけど、食べ進めて行く過程で冷めてしまい折角のお肉が固くなり脂身もしつこく感じてしまったのが残念で仕方ない。冷めているのでお肉の上に乗ってた、バター？。マーガリン？。も溶けず、無理矢理こすり付けて溶かして食べたけどマーガリン？の味が強すぎて、お肉の旨味が消し飛んでしまっていた。ステーキについての残念感があった事をお伝えしておく。?️それ以外は大変美味しくいただきました〜。?また、外には移動販売の車で（肉のまつお号）が販売中でしたが、満腹だったので寄らずに次回のお楽しみにして見逃してあげた。（笑）爆 I came to the store on the 29th at lunch time.
