★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優しい対応で話しやすいです。しかし、やはりお役所なのか解りません出来ませんで何の解決策も無かった。悲しかった。たぶん一生辛い経験として残ると思う。でも仕方ないのかな。
 It is easy to talk with a gentle response. However, I couldn't figure out if it was a government office, and there was no solution. I was sad. Maybe it will remain a painful experience for the rest of my life. But I wonder if it can't be helped.
