★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年9月14日〜12月上旬まで改装工事により休業とのこと。HPの店舗案内にそのような記載なし、手紙などでの案内も無し。アフターケアに行ったのにこの対応はあんまりなのでは？
It will be closed from September 14, 2017 to early December due to renovation work. There is no such description in the store information on HP, and there is no guidance by letter etc. Isn't this response much after going to aftercare?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male sales assistant is very friendly. Even though his English is not perfect. He tried to use the google translater on iPad to help communication. Very patient staff, willing to help me and answer all my questions and solved all my concern. The male staff is on the customer side and cares about customers. Instead of selling you unnecessary expensive lenses, he tried to sell you the lenses fits your daily need. He was very patient in the eye examination and lense test to figure out the best option for my eyes. I really love the service here. I spent a lot of money here because I insist of buying expensive lenses for my own purpose. I wish partial of my payment could go to that male salesperson bonus. Thank you very much for your service.
