★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自身の男性不妊症を改善するのを目的に通院。良い状態を保つ為、鍼治療の間隔を1週間を超えない頻度で通ってました。
鍼治療は自身の手にやる高麗手指鍼という施術で、最初はチクッと少し痛いと思いましたが、慣れれば痛みはあまり感じられません。(個人感想)
男性不妊症専門という事もあり、施術中でも精子や運動率を改善するアドバイスを色々としていただき、鍼をしている間もセルフケア関連の動画や、書籍、漫画等で普段の食生活や生活週間を見直すきっかけになりました。
鍼治療、セルフケアを実践してその結果、3ヶ月後の精液検査で総精子数が約5倍、総運動精子数が約10倍、運動率が基準値を超える数値に改善する事が出来ました。
もちろん個人差はあると思いますが、男性不妊で悩まれている方がいらっしゃいましたら、是非施術受けてみて下さい。
