【ゴミ収集車の運転・作業者】
人間の人格を疑います。朝に細い道で真ん中に車を止めていて、急いでるので移動してもらっていいですか？と言いいましたら、収集が終わるまでまっとけや！と恫喝まがいの言い方をされたので、警察を呼びました。警察に収集車の人間は怒られていました。あなたの車が道をとおせんぼしたらダメなのわからない？？って警察官が呆れながら注意していました。なんか幼稚園児を諭すようでした(笑)
これで税金が使われてると思うと信じられないレベルです。
【作業者の制服】
私が警察官を呼んだときは、服の腕まくり、ズボンの裾をまくっており、帽子も被っておらず、ケガをしてもおかしくない状況で作業していました。これは事務所の責任者が、現場を全く管理出来てなく、放置してる証拠でしょうね。。
【車の運転について】悪質な運転の一言です。
一時停止を止まらない車・横断歩道に歩行者が居ても止まらない車がほとんどです。一時停止は徐行じゃありませんよ？分かりますか？って言いたいレベルです。
あと停車している車がファザードランプを出したまま、急に発車してくるので危険です。発信する際は、ウインカーを出してどちらに発信するか？分かるようにしてもらいたいですよね。
自動車学校からルールを覚え直して欲しいです。

It is dangerous because the stopped car will suddenly start with the façade lamp on. When making a call, which one should you call with a turn signal? I want you to understand.
I want you to re-learn the rules from the driving school.
