★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はいつも岩槻タクシーを使います。なぜなら小原交通はクレジットカードが使えないからです。
小原交通でも廣瀬さんという女性の方は非常に親切なので小原さん指名でいつも頼んでいます。
母の病院へ行くため２時間前に予約しました。しかしながら時間になってもタクシーはこないので再度電話しました。
そしたら、外で待ってますといわれ駐車場まで来てくださいと伝えました。その際、廣瀬さんではなく、違う人がきました。私は電話して、どうして廣瀬さんがこないんだと言ったら、お客様がのってると言われました。
私は、２時間も前に予約してるんだから、来れないなら連絡するべきでは？と言ったら電話を切られました。
再度電話して非常識なので名前を聞いたら小原といいました。
そのあとタクシー運転手に事情を話したら、その受付は金子という人間で小原ではないといっていました。ということはこの電話受付は自分の名前を言わず、偽名をなのったという事になる。
なんて非常識でプロ意識のない受付をやとってるんだ？
しかも運転手も受付の対応が悪くて外でずっとまっていたと言われました。こんないい加減な電話番はやめさせるべき
