デイケア通所と引っ越しに伴い、転院せざるを得ないので、残念です。

経営が厳しいのか、もしくは受付は1人で充分なレベルの病院なのかは、レビューを読んでいる貴方の認識にお任せ致します。
完全予約制で、予約が空けば予約待ち患者をガンガン詰め込みます。
医者は患者の話をしっかり聴きます。
診察のタイムリミットとして、きっかり15分、または30分で診察が終わります。
依存性が高い薬は極力避けます。
しかし、薬の効果はいつになっても全く現れません。
受付については近辺の精神科で1番最低です。
マスクをせず平気で咳をする。
受付が1人しかいないのに、その1人が平気で離席し、裏の休憩室に籠る。
他の病院ではほぼ伝えてくれるのに、初診患者には調剤薬局の場所を知っているかどうか尋ねない(精神科は特別な薬が多いので、取り扱いのない調剤薬局もある為)。
極めつけは、予約キャンセル時。
予約日当日に高熱が出てしまい、予約をキャンセルせざるを得なくなった。
すると受付は「体調が悪いなら前日に言って下さい、次回同じ事をすると今後一切予約をお断りさせていただきます」と言った。
どうやらここの受付はエスパーなのかもしれない。この人は高熱が出る事が前日にわかるらしい。恐らく突然高熱が出た事が40年以上生きていて1回もなかった残念な方、ある意味ラッキーな方なのかもしれない。
しかもキャンセルし、次の予約日を尋ねると"いつかの◯曜日"としか言われなかった。5日ではなく、いつかまたどこかの◯曜日と。
こういう病院です。予約は3ヶ月待ちです。

そういう感覚をした人間が精神科に携わる仕事にいる時点で無理です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分に合う心療内科をさがしまわること数年。数件目にしてやっとこちらに辿り着き落ち着きました。先生は男性ですが、いつも静かに優しく穏やかにゆったりと話を聞いて下さいます。お薬もその時その時にあった量や種類を出して下さいますし、調子が良くなってきたら少しずつ薬を減らしていこうね?という感じで、本当にとても親身になって治療をしてくださいます。待合室はアロマのいいかおりでヒーリングミュージックがかかっていて、とても落ち着きます。ただ再初診で行く際は、予約が先の先まで満杯で、すぐに行きたくても予約が取れないのが残念なところです。他の方のクチコミを拝見し、受付の方の対応が良くないと書かれていますが、おそらく受付の方は二人いらっしゃって、1人の方があまり感じがよくありません。もう1人の方は、口調も優しく会計時の対応等も丁寧ですよ。初めての時は、きちんと1番近くの調剤薬局さんの場所を地図で説明して下さいました。

基本的に普段いる方は、特段悪い印象はありません。こちらの相談にも応じてくれます。
問題のたまにいる女性の受付の方は、臨時で入っている様子です。
目を合わせず、何を聞いても面倒そう、こちらの質問にはかぶせるように否定的な返答をし、威圧的です。
あちらの落ち度があっても謝罪なし。
心療内科に通ってる人間に対してあまりにも横柄ではないでしょうか。人によりますが、多少なりとも精神的に参ってる患者が多いという考えはなさそうです。仕方なく嫌々受付をしてる、という印象ですね。
先生はとてもいい方だと思います。丁寧にお話を聞いてくださり、お薬の相談もしっかりできます。
受付の方は諦めた方がいいと思いますね。先生を信頼していますので、星3にしました。
