★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭痛外来で受診しました。受付や看護師の対応は良かったのですが、医師の感じがとても悪かったです。
薬の名前を言わずに医師に話したら話を遮って鼻で笑いながら「薬薬って言われても名前で言われなきゃどれか分からない」と言われました。
確かに薬と言われてもどれか分からないのは当然ですが、馬鹿にされるようなことでしょうか?
普通に「どの薬ですか?」と聞けば良いのではないでしょうか?
患者を馬鹿にする医者がいるこのクリニックにはもう二度と行きません。

定期受診後、そのまま病院で起き上がれないくらい気分が悪くなり横にさせてもらったそうですが、その時午前診療の受付が終了していたからと言う理由で診てもらえず。よくならなければ午後の予約の人が終わってからかなり待つと言われ、渋々帰ってきました。診れないなら診れないなりに、どこか他の病院へ案内するとか何かしてほしかった。患者数が多すぎて把握できていない印象。

父は病院を変えた頃には誤診されていたことが手遅れで亡くなってしまいました。
絶対にお勧めできないドクターです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、心療内科みたいな科があった時に来院しました。色々あって、人が怖くなり引きこもり状態になって、死にたくて仕方ない毎日になってしまい、母が相談に行ってくれました。先生は「20歳超えて、ただの甘え、ただの税金泥棒だから」とおっしゃられたと後で聞きました。とてもショックでした。たしかに、税金泥棒かもしれないけど、その時は死にたい気持ちで、ギリギリの気持ちで生きていたし、なんとかしたいともがいていました。私が言える立場じゃないけど、勉強ができて頭がよくて、頭が知識でいっぱいだけど、思いやりとかはなくて、心無い人が本当にいるんだな、と思った。色々な資格をもっていることが院内に掲げられているみたいでしたが、人の存在とか、価値とか、苦しみとか、税金払ってるかどうかで判断する人なんだ、って思った。医者の資格を持っていることと、医者として人を診る力があるかどうかは別なのかな、と思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星は仕方なく1つつけましたが私の評価は星−1です。受付の医療事務の態度は患者さんにタメ口、半ギレ、忙しさを全面に出し過ぎ、主語がなく分かりづらい、等医療従事者としてふさわしくないです。院長は本当に医者か疑いました。触診も視診も聴診もしない、ただ検査の結果を見るだけで、「経験がないので私は何とも言えない」と言い放たれ愕然としました。話も遮られます。開いた口が塞がらないとはこのことですね。予約してあるにもかかわらず1時間半待ちました、病院なのであり得ることですが、受付の劣悪な対応、「私はわからないので市立病院に紹介します」の1分診察ですよ?二度と行きません。院長を始めスタッフが忙しく働いてる感満載過ぎて早く回そう、ハイ次!感が病院中に漂っていました。
挙句の果てに、保険証を返し忘れたので取りに来いと電話がありました。保険証のケースは返ってきていましたが、中身が空でした。「家は遠いか?急ぎでなければ明後日くらいまでに取りに来てもらいませんかね」と。謝罪が先では?今日も不調があり受診したので夜間になにかあったらどうするつもりなんだと呆れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳の症状があったので予約して行きました。こういうご時世だからなのか途中電話やり取りなど含めて駐車場で2時間待ち(途中で検査などは有り)、そこから診察で1時間待ち、会計と薬待ちで1時間トータル4時間弱かかりました。さすがに時間かかりすぎて疲れました。予約なしならまだしも…。
待ち時間がかなり長いので正直オススメできません。
