Customer service is normal. (Not good, not particularly bad.) There are half-price products depending on the day of the week, but the prices are much higher than others in the first place. I like bread from a local bakery and sometimes go to buy it. Many of the local vegetables are cheap and fine.

It is convenient because you can use credit cards, QUICPay, Suica, etc. Overall, it feels like a normal local supermarket (both price and atmosphere).
