親身に相談に乗ってくれました。
介護保険の再申請から認定の相談。その内容についても丁寧に説明していただきました。
その他、独居老人宅に訪問して、様子伺いなどもしているようです。
働いてる職員の方々は、感じ良いです。
ぶっちゃけ話も聞いてくれて、相談する方は安心して心のうちを明かしても大丈夫なのでは？
この超高齢社会の中で必要なお仕事だと思います。
介護で悩んでる方、一度相談してみてください。気持ちも楽になりますよ。
