川	川田ミー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 迷ったので電話し、ホテルまでの経路を聞いた所「分からない」と言われ、対応も雑。責任者に代わってもらい対応してもらったが、ホテルに着いてからも対応の悪さについての謝罪はなし。基本挨拶なし、顔も見ない。接客は良いところなし。朝御飯も名古屋名物を期待していたが、小倉トースト位。味噌汁もインスタント。補充も全然間に合ってない。部屋に電話も目覚ましもない。お風呂も朝入ったら脱衣場は片付けをした後だったのか整理整頓されておらず物品出しっぱなし。ベッドがフカフカでよく眠れた所だけ好評価。 I was at a loss, so I called and asked about the route to the hotel. I had the person in charge take care of it, but even after arriving at the hotel, I did not apologize for the poor response. No basic greetings, no face. There is no good customer service. I was expecting Nagoya's specialty for breakfast, but it was Ogura toast. Miso soup is also instant. Replenishment is not in time at all. There is no phone or alarm clock in the room. When I took a bath in the morning, the dressing room wasn't tidy and I kept putting out the items. Only the place where the bed was fluffy and slept well was highly evaluated.
