山	山口円香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿でちゃんと美味しいワインを安くといえば、やはりワルツ系列のお店。普通のお店は大体3掛けか4掛けのところを、ワイン系列は2掛けなので、普段は高くて頼むを躊躇するボトルも安心して頼めます。キッチンが狭いのにシェフのお姉さんが、上手く料理を捌いていく様は流石。 5年以上同じシェフのお姉さんなので、なんとなく好みを把握してくれているのか、メニュー以外もお願いできるのは嬉しい。混み合っている時が多いので、店長達とゆっくりお話は出来ませんが、それでも極力話そうとしてくれる気遣いが素晴らしい。 Speaking of cheap wine in Shinjuku, it's a waltz-affiliated shop. Ordinary shops usually have 3 or 4 bottles, and wine series has 2 bottles, so you can ask for bottles that are usually expensive and hesitate to ask. Even though the kitchen is small, the chef's older sister handles the dishes well. I'm the same chef's sister for more than 5 years, so I'm glad that I can ask for something other than the menu, as if she somehow understands her tastes. It's often crowded, so I can't talk slowly with the store managers, but I'm still very concerned about trying to talk as much as possible.

There are many kinds of glasses, but there are many customers and the rotation is fast, so you can drink wine in an unoxidized state at a reasonable price. If you don't have it on the bulletin board, you can get a glass.
