桜	桜子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日の夕方行きました。フードコートで悩みましたが丸亀うどんのコシのある麺が好きでここに決め注文。こちらの店舗は初めて利用しました。今の時期だから仕方ないのか、揚げ物が少ないのは理解できますが肝心のうどんが茹ですぎでコシもなく食べてるうちに気持ちが悪くなってきました。凄く残念。 I went on Friday evening. I was worried about the food court I like the chewy noodles of Marugame Udon, so I decided to order here. I used this store for the first time. I understand that there aren't many fried foods because it's this time of year, but the udon noodles are so boiled that I feel sick as I eat them without any stiffness. I'm very sorry.
藤	藤村悦子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの丸亀製麺はサイテーです！コロナ始まり出した頃は店を開けてるクセに、意地悪そうなアルバイトの女の子が突然走ってきて、「こんな日なんだから惣菜ないの、わかってますよねー！？」とカンカン?ぶちギレ状態。「素うどんしか無いんですけど。」と無愛想に言われ、「じゃぁ、それでいいです」と言ったらしぶしぶ出して来ました? 男子学生3人が「ありがとうございます」と言って、それぞれ食器を返しててもし～らん顔?の店員。ガラガラだったからよく聞こえたはず。別の日に行ったときも、伊勢谷そっくりの男性店員が、注文した釜揚げうどんの、つゆの器を、どう見ても店の指定の物ではない変な入れ物に入れて出してきた。私が気づいて、そいつを睨んだら、すかさずそいつは「今、無いんで…」と言った。気がつかない、と思われたんだろうけど、気がついてたんだよ‼️バーカあれから一度もあそこの丸亀製麺には行ってない。 Marugame Seimen here is a sci-fi! When I went to another day, a male clerk who looked just like Iseya put the ordered kamaage udon and soup bowl in a strange container that was not specified by the store. When I noticed and stared at it, he immediately said, "I don't have it right now ...". You might have thought you didn't notice it, but you did. ️ Barka I have never been to Marugame Seimen there since then.

The restaurants in Hiroshima are not delicious regardless of whether they are major or private restaurants, but the only one that has the same taste as other areas is Marugame Seimen.
美	美藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が最悪。会計して下さいと言っているのに、何故、一番近くでおにぎり作っているおまえは反応しない？少し待たされて奥から別な店員が来たが、こいつは待たせといて詫びる事もなく無愛想な対応。教育されていないのか？全員バイト？久しぶりにこんなレベルの低い接客を見た。丸亀製麺のうどん好きだけど、ここには二度と行かない！ The customer service is the worst. Why don't you make the nearest rice ball when you ask me to pay? After waiting for a while, another clerk came from the back, but he didn't apologize for waiting and was unfriendly. Isn't it educated? All part-time job? I saw such a low level of customer service for the first time in a long time. I like Marugame noodle udon, but I will never go here again!
