★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元発のうどん屋ではないが万人受けするコシと出汁のように感じた。かけうどんを食べたが甘めの出汁。並んでいる間に目にする延ばす、切る、湯がくの様子も演出されて手打ち感はある。
面白いのはかけうどんよりも釜揚げうどんの方が安い値段設定。出来立てにこだわりが深いのかな…？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近発売の焼き立て肉うどんを食べにわざわざ、丸亀から行きました。
肝心の焼き立て肉うどんですが、自分はぶっかけではない方の肉うどんを注文したんですが、？？ぶっかけか？かけうどんなのか？微妙な汁加減なうどんが提供されました。
食べると味が濃すぎて、うどんと思えない味の濃さ。。。。
美味しさは感じられない。
なぜここまで濃い味付けで世に放ったのか？
ほかのうどんとかはそれなりに美味しいので星は３としますが、肉うどんだけの評価だと星ゼロですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釜揚げうどんを食べました。だしの味が濃くて、うどんもこしがあり、おいしかったです。
しかし、トッピングでかき揚げを食べましたが、ふにゃふにゃでサクサク感がないし、揚げてある油が古いのか、味が悪かったです。
平日のお昼の時間、12:00過ぎに行ったのに、時間の経った商品が並んでいたかと思うと残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釜揚げうどん並を注文しました。今日は、半額の日で、140円でした。お客さんが、沢山居ましたが、皆さん黙食でしたし、カウンター席は、仕切りがあり、感染対策は、してるかなと。14時過ぎに行きました。半額なら、行っても良いかな？的な量と味でした。

ただ、冷房が効きすぎる場所があって極端に身体に風が当たるのでなんとかして欲しいなと思いました、移動何回かしましたがどこに行っても当たります。
暑がりの方にはぴったりな空調です。
感染対策ばっちりで安心してお食事可能です。

香川県では評判がヨロシクナイチェーンで有名。
何回か訪問歴があるもの、夜は初訪問。
毎月１日は釜揚げうどんが半額って事でオーダーはもちろん釜揚げうどん。
置かれたモノを見てアレ？タライのはずが丼？
そのまま不思議感覚でうどんを受け取ったもののレジトラブルで大渋滞。
なんとかレジで会計、何故に丼なのかを聞くと「タライが切れて丼です」と一言。
いやいや、後ろの並ぶ他の客はみんなタライですけど？
笑うに笑えん状況の中、約15分後にやっと食べれたけど・・・ぬるま湯状態のコンディション最悪麺。
トラブルは仕方ないし半額だし・・・とはいえ何かの謝罪でもして欲しかったのが正直な感想でしたね。
うどんの方の感想はコンディション不良につきノーコメントで。
