と	とらばす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丸亀は全店舗に、ほぼ外国人の店員がいます。その中で主にうどんを盛る係と揚げ物係をやってますが、特に揚げ物係が酷いです。以前行った他店舗では、かき揚げに火がとおっておらず、天婦羅粉がどろどろで油をたくさん含んで、食べていて気持ち悪くなりました。今回は火はとおっていましたが、玉ねぎの塊1/4カットが、そのままの形で入っていて、生で辛い玉ねぎの塊でした。そんな商品を平気で出す店が信じられません。外国人店員が働くのは構いませんが、もう少し教育をしっかりしてからにしてほしい。日本人ばかりの時は、そんなこともなく美味しく食べれました。以前のこともあり久々に行きましたが、また、しばらくはいかないでしょう。うどんの麺は、美味しいのにとても残念！天婦羅を揚げるのは、繊細な作業なので日本人の方がいいかも。 Marugame has almost all foreign clerk at all stores.
