★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事のお昼休みに初めて持ち帰りを注文しようと思い入店。
店内で食べる時と同じシステムだと勘違いしており通常の列に並んでしまいました。
どうやら持ち帰りの際は注文用紙に書かれているメニューに印をつけて渡さないといけないらしい。
それは知らなかった自分が悪いのだが、入店してから特にそういった案内もなくいざ注文を聞かれた際に初めて店員さんに無愛想に「そこで用紙に記入してください」と言われました。
そことは?????どこですか???
そうすると思い出したかのように「お持ち帰りの方は用紙に記入してください」と大声で案内を始める店員。
少し不服に思いつつ記入しようとすると、期間限定メニューが用紙に載っていない。
グランドメニューの方にはお持ち帰り出来ます。と書いてあるのにどうすればいいのか分からず、店内も混んでいたのでうどん弁当に印をつけて店員の方へ。
そうすると列後方を指差しながら「お並びください」と一言。
確かにそのまま注文を受けてもらえると思った自分にも非があるが、もう少し言い方があるのではないかと感じた。
自分も接客業の経験があるのでその場でゴネたりはしなかったが、気分が悪くなったのでそのまま注文せず退店。
無愛想な店員さんは40~50代前後のメガネをかけた細身の方でした。
お昼休みの時間を無駄にしました。
 I entered the store with the intention of ordering takeaway for the first time during my lunch break at work.
I misunderstood that it was the same system as when eating in the store, so I lined up in a normal line.
Apparently, when you take it home, you have to mark the menu written on the order form and hand it over.
I didn't know that, but I'm sorry, but when I was asked to place an order without any special guidance after I entered the store, the clerk unfriendlyly said, "Please fill out the form there."
What is there ????? Where is it ???
Then, as if I remembered, the clerk started to guide me in a loud voice saying, "If you want to take it out, please fill out the form."
When I tried to fill in with a little dissatisfaction, the limited-time menu was not on the form.
You can take it home to the grand menu. I didn't know what to do, and the shop was crowded, so I marked the udon lunch box and went to the clerk.
Then, pointing at the back of the line, he said, "Please line up."
Certainly, I thought that I would be able to receive the order as it was, but I felt that there was a little more way to say it.
I also had experience in the customer service business, so I didn't go out on the spot, but I felt sick, so I left the store without ordering.
The unfriendly clerk was a slender person wearing glasses in his 40s and 50s.
I wasted my lunch break time.

うどんは他店と同じく美味しいと思います。
しかし、天ぷらは油があまり切れてないのか、ベチャっとしてました。
また、衛生面はかなり悪い印象を受けました。
テーブルの調味料は汚れとベタつきを感じました。
床はかなりのベタつき具合でした。

I think udon is as delicious as other restaurants.
However, the tempura was sticky, probably because the oil wasn't running out very much.
Also, I got the impression that hygiene was quite bad.
The seasoning on the table felt dirty and sticky.
The floor was quite sticky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末の15時頃の訪問でした。店内は空いてました。セルフ式でうどんを頼んで、トッピングを選びます。天ぷらがあまりなく、頼めば揚げてもらえるのでしょうが、無愛想にさせれました。
挙げ句に支払いは現金のみ、電子マネー、QRコードは故障中とのことです。
それなら、入り口に書いておくべきだと思います。
It was a visit around 15:00 on the weekend. The store was vacant. Ask for udon in a self-style and choose toppings. There isn't much tempura, so if you ask, you'll be able to fry it, but it made me unfriendly.
The payment is cash only, electronic money, and QR code is out of order.
If so, I think it should be written at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜の時間帯は天ぷらは揚げたてではない。薬味も切れていることが多い。少し補充されてきた2022.1。スタッフも接客改善。大盛り無料の声かけやお弁当の用紙案内など格段によくなってきている。週4で訪問。小上がりや4人テーブルもあり、ファミリー層が多い。
トイレあり。出口にも消毒液ありでありがたい。
Tempura is not freshly fried during the night time. Often the condiments have run out. 2022.1 which has been replenished a little. The staff also improved customer service. It's getting much better, such as a large free call and a lunch box paper guide. Visit 4 times a week. There are also small rises and tables for 4 people, and there are many families.
There is a toilet. I am grateful that there is a disinfectant at the exit.
