A	Alka Ono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute WORST place to shop if you look like a foreigner, like myself. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was racially harassed and yelled at by a man, solely based on the fact that I look like a foreigner, and was told to “go back to where I came from” and that I shouldn’t be in Japan because I’m a “filthy foreigner”, even though I am a Japanese national and have lived here my entire life. This all happened by the checkout counter, and the multiple staff that were around us just stood there and turned a blind eye while this man yelled vile and disgusting things at me. I’ve tried contacting their management, but they have not returned any of my emails. On top of that, their produce is of the lowest quality I’ve ever seen in Japan, and have been forced to throw out fruits/vegetables that I had purchased, as they were insect infested when I opened them. Avoid this place at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere.
R	Renee R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a bit of a PITA if you go there with a stroller, since the elevator is in the stockroom area. Someone will accompany you to B1 for groceries, then back up again. However, it’s a nice store. The bento options are pretty good. A lot of self-checkout registers have opened up recently. That helps speed things up when it’s crowded!
