片方外れて垂れ下がる格好になり朝起きてびっくりしました。
いつも何かと細かなことも助けてもらっている家屋メンテさんに
慌てて連絡。すぐに駆け付けてくださりもっとひどくなりそうな事態を
回避で来ました。寡黙な職人さんにしっかり元通り、、、元より綺麗に
仕上げてもらいました。様々な小さな仕事も気持ちよく仕上げてもらい
我が家のお気に入りのまさに「ホームドクター」です。

知り合いからの紹介でしたが、保険申請についてもとても丁寧に対応頂き、スムーズに申請することが出来ました。
作業についても、無理な注文や予定にない補修工事まで、嫌な顔をせず細かい説明までして頂きました。
今回の「板金」「塗装」「雨樋」工事に携わって頂いた職人の皆様、それと見積りから工事完了までを取り仕切って頂いた小林様、本当にありがとうございました。

雨どい交換）も丁寧にやっていただきました。リフォーム屋さんに保険の申請のしかたを教わったのは初めてです。保険金も思ったよりいただけて助かりました。職人さんも、良い方ばかりでした。

工事の説明もわかりやすくしてくれて安心してお任せすることができました。作業もとても丁寧です。
ただ、忙しいようで少しレスポンスが遅い感じがあったので、評価４で(笑)
でも、全体的に満足です。信頼できる業者さんなので今後もお世話になります。
