★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼過ぎで雨が降ってたという事もありさほど混んでおらず、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気と清潔感が溢れていました。
この店のウリでもあるパンケーキ(スペシャルリコッタパンケーキ)をオーダー。
テーブルに運ばれてきた時にはかなりの量に思えましたが、ふわふわでもちもちの生地と生クリームがない分あっさりしていて十分一人でも食べられました?！
次回は浜松では珍しい、エッグベネディクトをオーダーしてみようかと…
 It wasn't so crowded because it was raining after noon on weekdays, and the interior was full of calm atmosphere and cleanliness.

場所は、浜松駅から少し歩いた所にあります。
店内は、おしゃれで雰囲気がとても良いです。
メニューは、パンケーキとエッグベネディクトがお勧めの様です。
パンケーキは、ブラウンパンケーキが全粒粉を使ったパンケーキで、リコッタパンケーキがリコッタチーズを使ったパンケーキとの事です。
クリスピーグラノーラブラウンパンケーキとベーコンエッグベネディクトとアイスコーヒーを、注文しました。
クリスピーグラノーラブラウンパンケーキは、名前の通りグラノーラがのったパンケーキで、パンケーキは甘さ控えめでふわふわとろとろで、美味しかったです。
ベーコンエッグベネディクトは、マフィンの上にベーコンとポーチドエッグとオランデーズソースが掛かったもので、こちらもとろとろで美味しかったです。

デブ女が無愛想すぎて終わってる。
パンケーキも何を食べてるのか分からんくらいの酷さ。
家で作ったホットケーキの方が100倍美味い。

リコッタチーズのパンケーキと、ブラウンパンケーキがオススメらしいです。
ドリンクメニューは、コーヒー、紅茶という感じで、喫茶で行くのは△だと思います。
現金とpaypay で決済できます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの接客について言及されている口コミが多いので期待はしていませんでしたが、カウンター席に座ったところ3人の女性店員さんが目の前でずっとおしゃべりをしながら作業をしており、
隠れもせずに堂々とキャラクターものの私物のタンブラーで飲み物を飲んだ後、客に提供するコーヒーを抽出中のマシンの真横に置いていて(なんか海外感あるな…)という気持ちになりました。
メニューも手作りの3点ほどしか載っていないメニュー本を渡され、他のメニューはこちらから見るようにと自らQRコードを読み取りアクセスしてネット上から選ぶという謎仕様。
ブラウンパンケーキを注文しましたがふわふわでもしゅわしゅわでもプルプルでもなく中身がナイフにくっつくべったりとした質感で油臭く口に合いませんでした。
内装やパンケーキの見栄えはかわいくておしゃれで良かったです。

お店の雰囲気とパンケーキのビジュアルは良いです。
ただ、店員さんの接客が無愛想すぎますね...。
後、パンケーキの写真や動画撮ったり所用優先してすぐ食べずにいたら、「出してから20分経ってるw」と店員さん同士の私語が聞こえてきて気分が悪かったです?
客に聞こえる声で客の事を嘲笑うような私語する前に自分達の接客ちゃんとした方がいいですよ。
正直次はないかなという感じです。
