それから男性店員（店長？）の態度が非常に悪く、他人を不快な気持ちにさせる。
ここにある「アレンジが上手」という評価はきっと自作自演だと思います。

Also, the attitude of the male clerk (manager?) Is very bad and makes others feel uncomfortable.
I think that the evaluation of "good at arranging" here is probably a self-made performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大切な一周忌に購入した花束が酷かった。家に帰り花瓶に活けようとしたら茎が折れていた。アレンジは花屋とは到底思えないもので、アブラ虫だらけのものもあった。取り替えることもできたが捨てられるのではと思い自分なりに工夫して活けた。供養の為に購入したのだから捨てられたら可愛そう。あの時のことは今でも忘れられない。思い出すと涙が出てくる。花屋ならもっと花達を愛して欲しい。もう二度と行かない。
The bouquet I bought for my important anniversary was terrible. When I went home and tried to put it in a vase, the stem was broken. Arrangements seemed like a florist, and some were full of oilworms. I could have replaced it, but I thought it might be thrown away and devised it myself. I bought it for memorial service, so it looks cute if it is thrown away. I can never forget that time. When I remember, tears come out. If you are a florist, I want you to love more flowers. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅用にも買える値段が嬉しい。花束やアレンジメントだけでなく、切花も扱っているのもいい。鉢植えは、2年以上元気に咲いています。
値段がリーズナブルなのにセンスのいい新鮮な花を届けてくれる。届くのが早いので頻繁に利用しています。
I am happy that the price can be bought for home use. Not only bouquets and arrangements, but also cut flowers are good. Potted plants have been in full bloom for over two years.
Even though the price is reasonable, it delivers fresh flowers with good taste. I use it frequently because it arrives quickly.
