S	SparklingCoffee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石岡でステーキを食べるならこの『とんかつや漫遊亭』で間違いない。量、味、値段、提供速度、接客態度、清潔感、衛生面と、どれを取っても文句のつけようがない。日曜の昼時をわずかに外した午後２時に入店。それでも店内は混んでいたが、すんなり席に着くことができた。トンテキと迷ったものの、ガッツリ食べたいという欲望に勝てず『漫遊ステーキセット１ポンド(450g)』を注文。SNSでもしながら時間を潰そうと思った矢先に料理が運ばれてきた。早い、早すぎる！鉄板の上で音を立てながら、香ばしい匂いと湯気が立ち昇る肉の焼き加減はミディアムレアといったところ。これが食べているうちにちょうど良い焼き加減に変わってゆく。切り分けて一口頬張る。バターとニンニクのきいた脂身の甘みと肉の旨みが口内に広がる。特筆すべきは肉の柔らかさ。長期穀物肥育牛を使っていると謳っているだけあって極上の味わい。追加で大盛りライスをオーダーしてしまうほどの美味しさ。最高の一店を見つけてしまった。
