皆さんこんなスタッフが居る施設、どうでしょうか？最低です。

How about a facility where everyone has such a staff? It is the lowest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親戚の方が他の施設からこちらに移ってきた。閑静な田園の中にある施設。職員の方の話では設立以来12年ほど経過しているらしいが建物自体は少しも老朽化を感じさせない。個室も清潔。共用スペースは広くて太陽光を多く取り入れるようになっていて明るい。職員さんも親切丁寧。ただエレベーターの使い方が複雑（危険防止のためであることを差し引いても複雑）。また階段は緊急用で普段は施錠されているようである。
A relative moved here from another facility. A facility in a quiet countryside. According to the staff, about 12 years have passed since the establishment of the building, but the building itself does not feel any aging. The private room is also clean. The common space is large and bright with lots of sunlight. Staff are also kind and polite. However, how to use the elevator is complicated (even if it is subtracted to prevent danger). The stairs are emergency and are usually locked.
