ベ	ベルーガさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四連休最後の日曜日に来訪。オリンピックの見たい競技があるので、17時から早めのディナーに利用しました。お店に入るとカウンターに案内されました。突き出しがイマイチでした。最初に生だこの造りを注文。歯応えが抜群で、とても美味しかったです。稚鮎の天ぷらも良い揚げ具合で、苦味がありたまらなく美味しかったです。ホタテのバター焼きはここで食べなくても良いかな〜牡丹海老の造りも頭もしっかり焼いてくれて、美味しかったです！もう少し大きかったら、もっと良い。鯵の一匹握りは四貫握りであとは唐揚げに。パリパリした食感がクセになります。そしてなんといってもウニ！甘みがあってボリュームもありました！美味しかった〜握りは他に鯛や中トロ、赤身、つぶ貝などなど嫁さんが食べたホタテの炙りとつぶ貝はイマイチだったようです。そして最後にうなぎの白焼き。お店に入ると鰻をお勧めされましたので、最後に食べてみました。わさび醤油をチョンチョンとつけて、パクりと口の中にくどく無い脂が広がり、幸せでした。お店の方々の目配りも素晴らしく、おしぼりを新しくしてくれたり、満員にも関わらずお店の方々の連携がすごく取れていました。すごく気分が良かったです。また行きたいです！ご馳走様でした。 Visited on the last Sunday of the four consecutive holidays.
