I stopped by on a road bike, but I'm sorry that I couldn't see Hakuya Oyama or Yumigahama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おそらくこの展望台ができたころには素敵な風景が見れたのではないかと思います。
ただ、現状は樹木で視界がかなり悪くなっており、近くに結婚式場の建物もできたりしていまいちの展望となっています。
逆にここに車を置いて、近くの橋まで行くと大山がが非常に美しく見えます。
そちらからの展望のほうがオススメです。

However, at present, the visibility is considerably poor due to the trees, and a wedding hall building has been built nearby, so the outlook is not good.
On the contrary, if you put your car here and go to the nearby bridge, you can see Oyama very beautifully.
The view from there is more recommended.
