It was so delicious.
It has nice balance of acidity,sweetness,and spice.
Chef was friendly and cheerful.
I'd like to visit again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times. Great tasting, good value Indian Nepalese food. They have an all you can eat and drink option in the evenings. They do not accept card payments so please bring cash. They speak Japanese as well as basic English. Best authentic subcontinental food in Nara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you first walk in you're not really sure what to expect. In the end I thought my meal was pretty good. I ordered a set menu and asked for it to be "hot". It wasn't very spicy, but that's subjective. So, if you like spicy food, I'd suggest asking for it to be "very spicy", which is an option. I didn't leave hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing Indian cuisine. Vegetarian options available. Staff speaks English as well. During our month stay in nara, we visited this restaurant several times. It’s a must try when visiting nara. Naan, curry, salad, rice or chicken piece + drink for 900 yen at lunch. English menu available as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very tasty, but it is not fully authentic. All the curries are very sweet, and not spicy. I think this is to cater to the Japanese palate. The prices were good, the service was quick, but I cannot really recommend the staff. Maybe it was because we were foreigners, but they did stare at us the entire meal. For 980 yen, you get a very delicious meal and a drink on the side. Perfect for after a long day of walking and feeding deer, feed yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dishes here are a bit and miss. Chicken curry had no flavor even though we ordered the slickest option But was edible (2/5), and the butter chicken was good, but not excellent (3/5). The tandoori chicken was 4/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant at the first floor with just a little too much light from the ceiling. The food is tasty and good, the price reasonable. You can have a set menu with naan as much as you can eat, however the size of the naan makes eating more than one quite an achievement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here again and again since my first visit in 2014. It has always been consistent. Great service and excellent food. Great lunch menu and very extensive dinner menu. Good location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Indian food in Nara city.
