土用丑の日フェア中でしたが
運良く待たずに案内されました。
個室のように区切られていて、落ち着いて食べられました。
次は、自然薯も食べてみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊田の応援飲食券が利用出来ます。ランチメニューの御膳をいただきました。自然薯の皮も一緒にすりおろしてあります。美肌のためと思い、いただきました。
ご飯が小さいおひつで付いてましたが、小さいうな丼が付いているので、ご飯がダブルです。ギブアップしました。

ただ、肝心の鰻ですが、炭火焼きとありますが、これは蒸し焼きされたものを仕上げに炭火焼きされているのでは？皮の焼かれ具合や身の水分、柔らかさ、何をとっても最初から炭火焼きされたものとは明らかに違いました。
食後のコーヒーが180円なのは嬉しいですね。
トイレもとても綺麗で駐車場もまあ広めで立地も良く、利用しやすいお店だと思います

自然薯は出汁の味しかしない。
うなぎは焼きも味も中途半端。
茶碗蒸しは卵の味がしないプリン。
麦ご飯に麦はほんの僅か。
ご飯自体に甘みなし。
デザートもただただ甘い。
これでランチ2000円取るなんてあり得ない。
二度と来ません!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うな丼と自然薯汁を食べました。うなぎは焼き加減が絶妙でパリッとした皮とふっくらした身がとても美味しかったです。自然薯についてはうな丼の残ったご飯へかけて食べましたがこちらも絶品でした。また、ご飯のおかわりは何度も可能で、麦ご飯も選べました。今度は記念日に、御膳メニューを頼もうと思います。

正直うなぎと牛タンは普通です。
じねんじょが好きな人はご飯がおかわり無料なので無限に食べれると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うなぎがパリッと焼かれていてよかったです。タレはやや辛めというか、自分の好みだともう少し甘めでも良いのですが、それはそれとしておいしかったです。
お頭付きなのも良くて、頭骨を食べる自信のある人は美味しいはず。頭も旨味のある肉がついています。うな串で食べる”かぶと”みたいな調理はされてないので骨はそれなりにストロングですが…(普通は丸齧りしないと思うので)
メインディッシュ待ちの間に肝焼きを食べてたら、ご時世柄飲めないアルコールが欲しくなってしまい大変惜しい気持ち。
