★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当たり前なんですが、ラーメンのスープが異常に熱かったです。
味噌ラーメンなのに細麺なのが珍しいと思いました。
見た目ほど味にパンチがなかったようにおもえました。
半チャーハンも食べましたが、普通に美味しかったです。

あまり辛味は感じません。
辛味を期待すると残念ですが、野菜の甘味を感じられます。

昼時は混み合っている印象です。
店内を改装しテーブル席を中心に小綺麗になりました。
メニューは昔よりも減りました。
豚焼肉ののった焼肉チャーハンが好きです。

本当に久しぶりに伺った。
迷った末、あんかけ黒酢ラーメンを注文。
メニューは麺、定食、一品料理も種類豊富です。
お昼時で混んでいたが結構すぐに料理が出てきた。
市民に愛されているようなお店でした。

比較的かどの位置で道路にも面しているので分かりやすい立地。駐車場も店舗前に数台は停められる。
店のたたずまいは「ザ中華」という感じ。
入るとアルコール消毒がおいてあり飛沫パネルもあってリテラシー的にも充分。
麻婆定食と基本のラーメンを注文。
麻婆は日本人の味覚にあわせるタイプで甘い。
しかしラーメンがこれ絶品だと思う。化学調味料臭のないかえしと出汁だけのシンプルな中細麺。恐らくこの味は地元リピーター獲得の最大の武器になっていると思われる。
「この味食いたくなるんだよね」と思わせる懐かしい中華そばという感じ。
スープも思わず完飲してしまった。
ここはキープのお店。

Mapo is a sweet type that matches the taste of Japanese people.
However, I think the ramen is excellent. Simple medium-thin noodles with no chemical seasoning odor and only soup stock. Perhaps this taste is the greatest weapon for local repeaters.
It feels like a nostalgic Chinese noodle that makes you want to eat this taste.
I inadvertently drank the soup.
