★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２０１１/７/３０に発生した集中豪雨では、新潟県と福島県の多くの地域で水害が生じてしまった。二日前迄は、真夏の強烈な日照りが続き、地面はすっかり乾しあがり、庭花や家庭菜園には水やりが必須であった。
しかし、一昨夜以降の集中豪雨で、周囲の風景は一変してしまった。テレビニュースでも、新潟県や福島県の深刻な水害状況が終日報道されていた。
近年は、年々発生回数を増しているゲリラ豪雨、これらに対し、河川管理の重要性は益々高まっている。このような考えから、6年前の写真ではあるが、近辺の阿賀野川や小阿賀野川、水没した梨畑や野菜畑などの風景を整理掲載することとした。
The heavy rainfall that occurred on July 30, 2011 caused flood damage in many areas of Niigata and Fukushima prefectures. Until two days ago, the intense sunshine of midsummer continued, the ground dried up completely, and watering was required for garden flowers and vegetable gardens.
However, the surrounding landscape changed completely due to the heavy rain that occurred the night before yesterday. TV news also reported all day long severe flood damage in Niigata and Fukushima prefectures.
In recent years, guerrilla torrential rains, which have been occurring more frequently each year, have made river management more and more important. Based on this idea, though it was a photograph taken six years ago, we decided to organize and post the scenery of the nearby Agano River and Oagano River, and the submerged pear and vegetable fields.
