一言で言うとめっちゃくちゃ素晴らしいです！
店員さんの対応が優しくて丁寧でとても良いです！
何度も行ってると覚えられたのか最初の受付がめちゃくちゃスムーズになりました！
アプリの謎のエラーで会員証が見せられなくなったとき「見れないから今回は無理ですね。」とかならずにわざわざ探してくれたりとトラブルにもさらっと対応してくれました！あとドリンクバーで自分がいつも飲むココアが無くなっていたとき報告したら、大体5分後くらいにもう一度ドリンクバー行ったらもう入れてくれていて不足したものなどの対応がめちゃくちゃ早くてびっくりしました！料理の方は頼んだこと無いのでどうなのか分かりませんが、それ以外の欠点はほとんどない気がします！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話が予約するときかなり待ったり繋がらないことがある、一応予約なしでもいけるっぽいが、予約なしで入室できる確率は土日とか祝日とかは低そう

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ damとJOYSOUNDが選べる。コロナ禍で料理は注文できない（世界の山ちゃんだけなぜかメニューがあった。）持ち込み可能なので持ち込んだほうがいいと思う。
You can choose dam or JOYSOUND. I can't order food because of Corona (Yamachan in the world had a menu for some reason), so I think it's better to bring it in.

お手洗いも十分にあり、飲み放題のマシンはガストにあるような最新のものです。(タッチパネル式)
お会計も現金払いなら専用マシンで払えるようです。
会員登録もアプリでするものならすぐ出来ますし無料で助かりました。(カード発行だと手数料かかるようです)
また利用したいと思います。
