高	高槻 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、再配送をして頂きました。スタッフや配送業者の方々の対応は素晴らしく、小さい我が子にも温かく接して下さいました。また、マナベさんの商品にはいつも大変満足しております。今後も機会がありましたら是非ご利用させて頂きたいと思います。この度は本当にありがとうございました。配達で商品が届いたら大きな傷があって出戻り。配達員もせっかく届けたという残念な態度で、店員側もおそらく製造過程で起きたものでしょうね、、、こちらは悪くないって事を言いたいのでしょうか？この店で商品を購入したんですが。例え、製造元や委託先での不備だとしても、店側の責任でもあり、代わりに謝罪するのが筋ではないでしょうか？当然人間だからミスもありますし、範疇の外であれば客側であっても気持ちは汲み取れます。だけど、誠意のある対応があっての事だと私は思います。こちらは商品を楽しみにしてますし、自宅であっても時間を空けて待っています。物を取り替えたら良いんでしょ、みたいな事ではないと思うのですが。その結果、新しい家では食器棚もなく、10日間以上片付けもできずにいます。そして、2年前の引っ越しでもこちらでソファを購入して、全く同じ事がありました。その時の配達員の対応は素晴らしかったですが、根本的に改善されていないと思い、今回はご意見をさせて頂きました。 I had you redeliver it today.
