口溶けの滑らかさ、香り高さ、くどくない程よい甘さはかなりのもの。
・干し柿のショコラは柿の旨味と、ややビターに感じる中身が面白いが、解凍しきる前に食べきらないと、切り分け難しくて崩れちゃうのが難点。

いま扱ってないみたいですが、サクッと噛むとまるで溶けるように口のなかで解れてしまう食感で、カカオの風味が余韻のように残るという…
現在販売してるチョコクッキーは同じなんだろうか。
コロナ以前はテントウムシとか葉っぱなど可愛らしい形のショコラも並んでいて、選ぶのが楽しみでしたが
いまは生チョコかカード、タブレットなのでつまんないかも。
