t	taku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の不動産でマンションを探してこちらのマルタ不動産が売主だったので購入する事になったんですが、マルタ不動産のi店長の対応が最悪でした。愛想も無ければ態度も悪い (終始椅子にグッタリ座りながらスマホ弄ってました)とは思っていましたが、買った後はほとんど関わる事も無いと思いそこまで気にしていなかったんですがあまりにも杜撰な管理に呆れました。一週間ぐらい経ってからマンション施設の宅配ボックスを利用しようと思ったらカードが必要との事で、マルタ不動産に電話を掛けた所「渡すの忘れてました」と担当のi店長ではなく部下の方が届けに来ました。使い方の説明もしなくてはいけない物を、こちらから連絡するまで気づかないこの会社は正直ありえなかったです。対応も悪ければ仕事も雑なので最低評価にさせていただきました。もしこの不動産を利用しようと考えている方は一度考え直す事をお勧めします。マルタ不動産の店長はこのレベルです。 Looking for an apartment in another real estate This real estate was the seller, so I decided to buy it, but the i-Manager of Malta real estate was the worst.
