M	Mayumi 0104 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年1月、イヴォークを中古で購入(車検まで6ヶ月)し新車保証を継承する為に来店。その際、4年目、5年目の有料保証の案内を勧められましたが高額(17万円)だったため即決せず検討していました。加入するには3年以内でないといけないとの事で来店し加入しました。ところが、翌日電話があり加入出来ないので返金しますとの事。理由は前のオーナーが有料保証を解約したから。新車購入時に加入しても2年くらいで手放し、有料保証代金が返金になれば誰だって解約しますよね。更にはディラー経由で購入していないので認定中古車にならず無理ですと。加入出来ない条件があるなら、最初の来店時に気づき勧めないでください。更に2回目の来店、加入しに行った時も気づくはずです。しかも担当者がふたりもいて！皆さん、中古車はディラーで買わないと保証がなくなります。お気をつけください。 In January 2021, I bought a used Evoque (6 months until the vehicle inspection) and came to the store to inherit the new car warranty.
