★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が2箇所あるが毎回どちらで打ち合わせするか不明。FPの方の送迎を先にしている間に待たされるような感覚あり。FPの方も子供が飽きてきているのに気にしていないのか…。
オムツ交換や、休憩なども考慮して欲しい。
今はコロナ禍でなかなか子連れで回るのは大変です。
 There are two buildings, but it is unclear which one to meet each time. There is a feeling of waiting while the FP is picking up and dropping off first. Doesn't FP care about the fact that children are getting tired of it?
Please consider changing diapers and taking breaks.
Nowadays, it is difficult to go around with children because of the corona virus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はこちらの住友不動産で家を建てました。そのため、このモデルハウスに毎週のように通い、注文住宅の打ち合わせをしました。子どもはモデルハウス内のキッズスペースで遊ばせながら。毎回子どもにもジュースをくれて、帰りにはガチャガチャをやらせてもらい、子どもも毎回行くのを楽しみにしていました。おかげでとても素晴らしい家を建てることができました。感謝しています。
I built a house at Sumitomo Realty & Development here. Therefore, I went to this model house every week and had a meeting with a custom-built house. While letting children play in the kids space in the model house. I gave my children juice every time, and on the way back I was allowed to play a gacha, and my children were looking forward to going every time. Thanks to that, I was able to build a very nice house. I am grateful.
