t	tei kikuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西東京に暮らす子どもがお世話になったので訪問。木造注文住宅のメーカとして、低価格ではなく、基礎や各部材の高い品質や、使い勝手を大切にした提案をしてくれます。このこだわりは細部にも込められ、収納の位置や階段の取り合わせなど、間取り図を前にイメージが湧いてきて楽しい時間となりました。また、工務店さんのネットワークを活かした設備機器の発注で、低コスト化しているのも納得できました。何より、担当していただいた方の誠実さに頭が下がりました。遅い時間に訪ねましたが、家人の細かい質問にも根気よく応えてくださり、心から感謝してます。 I visited because the children living in West Tokyo were indebted to me. As a manufacturer of custom-built wooden houses, we offer proposals that value the high quality of foundations and components and ease of use, rather than low prices. This attention was put into the details, and it was a fun time with the image of the floor plan, such as the storage position and the arrangement of the stairs. In addition, I was convinced that the cost was reduced by ordering equipment that made use of the construction company's network. Above all, I was struck by the sincerity of the person in charge. I visited there late, but I am deeply grateful for the patient response to the detailed questions of my family.
M	M F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前にWEBで来場予約＋事前アンケートに答えてから伺いました。当日、予約時間より少し早めに着いてしまい、案内が可能か聞こうとしたところ、入口に当日ご来店される方の名前が書いてあったのですが、我が家の名前がなく。。。不安になりスタッフさんに確認したところ、かなり慌てた様子で、支社との手違いで予約の連絡漏れがあったとのことでした。その後、無事住宅の案内をして頂いたのですが、来場＋事前アンケート特典のクオカードが手元にない為、後日のお渡しになりますと言われました。 (現在はHPに条件的な記載がありますが、当時はなかったです) それから2ヶ月程たちますが、その事に関して何の音沙汰もありません。住宅は色々な工夫が見られよかったのですが、諸々の件から信頼性に欠けてしまうように思います。大変残念です。。。 I visited after making a reservation on the WEB and answering the questionnaire in advance. I arrived a little earlier than the reservation time on the day, and when I tried to ask if guidance was possible, the name of the person who came to the store on the day was written at the entrance, but there was no name for my house. .. .. When I was worried and checked with the staff, he seemed to be in a hurry and said that he had missed the reservation due to a mistake with the branch office. After that, I was guided to the house safely, but I was told that I would hand it over at a later date because I did not have the quo card for the visit + pre-questionnaire privilege. (Currently, there is a conditional description on HP, but it was not at that time) It's been about two months since then, and I haven't heard anything about it. It was good to see various ideas for the house, but I think that it lacks reliability due to various matters. It is very regrettable. .. ..
