★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年12月にお試しで一泊利用させて頂きました。朝食時に急変との連絡が有り駆け付けたら、連絡した菊池様は他の送迎で居られず。受付は知らず慌てて対応。その後…放ったらかし。
翌日。状況を確認する為説明を求めましたが、生半可な対応。
母は緊急事態を脱しましたが！
安心して…任せられません！
施設長・相談員菊池様・知らずとは言え受付の対応は酷過ぎます。
万一の時は、責任逃れの対応です。
 I used it for one night as a trial in December last year. When I was informed that there was a sudden change at breakfast, Mr. Kikuchi who contacted me could not stay by another transfer. The receptionist responded in a hurry without knowing it. After that ... I'll just let it go.
